This RF modulator operates at 0Hz~2.2GHz frequency.RF ICs with enhanced Module packages are excellent with common characteristics.In the Tray package, this RF modulator is mounted.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Flange Mount-type PCB or development board.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 150°C.A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
