In some cases, the device can deliver a value of 45pF if its capacitance is insufficient.A 10.45% tolerance is measured on its diode cap.By passing it through, you can deliver a diode capacitance of 33.5pF.In addition, the SOT-323 package can be used to save space.Electrically, this device is rated at DC voltage 12V.With this device, varying 12V reverse voltages are supported.
