FJN598JCTA Description
FJN598JCTA is a -20V Si N-channel Junction FET. The Junction Field Effect Transistor is a unipolar device in which the current flow between its two electrodes is controlled by the action of an electric field at a reverse-biased PN junction. The Onsemi FJN598JCTA is designed for Audio, Telephone Capacitor Microphones applications due to the following features. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the transistor FJN598JCTA is in the TO-92 package with 150W power dissipation.
