FIN324CGFX Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for the delivery of this product.A 42-VFBGA case is used to package this product.As a general rule, the mounting type Surface Mount should be used.As a result of the device, the range of operating temperatures for -30°C~85°C TA can be varied.A supply output of 1.6V~3V volts can be found on the chip.The user will be able to enter input into the form by using the LVCMOS form.Serializer/Deserializer is necessary to operate the 24/2 inputs.In addition to maintaining 4/24 outputs, the device can also generate DC outputs.You are able to search for related parts based on the FIN324C family.There is a LINE TRANSCEIVER interface IC type for the part.There are a total of 42 terminations on it.There are 42 pins on the chip that are available for use.Serializer/Deserializer can handle the voltage 2.75V as a power supply.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to mount the device using Surface Mount.Listed as 3V volts, the operating supply voltage is for the chip.As part of the µSerDes™ series, there is an electrical component that is included.
