For packaging, it is used with Tape & Reel (TR).A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 40-TFQFN Exposed Pad.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 4.5V~5.5V by increasing the supply voltage.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.-40°C~150°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Among full bridges specific characteristics are Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.
