Packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 22-PowerWFQFN package.Based on 4.5V~5.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including DC-DC Converters, Synchronous Buck Converter.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.IC type SWITCHING REGULATOR is used as H bridge circuit's analog IC.
