The FCP067N65S3 MOSFET is a new high voltage super-junction (SJ) MOSFET family from ON Semiconductor that uses charge balance technology to achieve exceptional low on-resistance and lower gate charge performance. This cutting-edge technology is built to resist extremely high dv/dt rates, decrease conduction loss, and offer improved switching performance. As a result, the SUPERFIT III MOSFET Easy drive series enables simpler design implementation and aids in EMI management.
