ERT-J1VV104GM Overview


In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), NTC thermistors are contained. It is included in the 0603 (1608 Metric) package for your convenience. NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±2% in order to function properly. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C temperature to ensure reliable performance. Temperatures below 150°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. Optimal reliability requires a minimum temperature of -40°C for NTC thermistors. Power set by NTC thermistors is 100mW. In general, NTC thermistors can keep their maximum power dissipation at 100mW.
