EC95H303W Overview


The package for NTC thermistors is a Bulk. As a convenience, it is included in the package Bead. Typical resistance tolerances for NTC thermistors are ±0.2°C. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -80°C~150°C for reliable performance. Providing NTC thermistors with a maximum operating temperature of 70°C facilitates reliable operation. Thermistors can operate at -80°C for reliability.
