EC95H303V Overview


There is a Bulk package for NTC thermistors. The package Bead includes it for convenience. As a result, the resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±0.1°C. If you wish to ensure reliable performance, you should set the temperature of NTC thermistors to -80°C~150°C. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors may be operated at a temperature of 0°C. As a result of NTC thermistors, there is a maximum power setting of 75mW. The maximum power dissipation for NTC thermistors is 75mW.
