The Module package provides greater flexibility.Bulk is the packaging method.In the direction of Chassis Mount, gate drivers is mounted.Gate type IGBT has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~85°C.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 800V.Gate drivers in this series are included in the SCALE™-1 series.
