You should use a forward voltage monitoring system and never allow the forward voltage to exceed 650 µA.As long as the forward voltage is set to 1.68V, the device will operate.The maximum output voltage can be set to 60 A.A surge current should be monitored and should not exceed 600A.As long as the forward voltage is set to 60A, the device will operate.There is a reverse voltage peak of 650μA on devices like this one.A forward current 0.03 µs instantaneously switches directions due to residual stored charge.
