DSEP2X60-12A Overview


The forward voltage should be monitored and should never exceed 4000 µA.Devices that have a forward voltage of 2.84V will operate.The maximum output voltage is 60 A.Keeping the surge current under 800A and preventing it from exceeding it should be the rule.Devices that have a forward voltage of 60A will operate.The reverse voltage peak of this device is 1mA.The maximal reverse recovery time for the forward current is 0.04 µs when it switches directions instantaneously due to residual stored charge.
