You should use a forward voltage of 250 µA monitoring system, and you should never exceed the forward voltage.A forward voltage of 2.72V will enable the device to operate.This device can support a maximum output voltage of 30 A.We should be monitoring the surge current and keeping it below 200A.A forward voltage of 30A will enable the device to operate.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 250μA.There is no maximal reverse recovery time when the forward current 0.04 µs suddenly switches directions because of residual stored charge.
