Monitoring of the forward voltage is advised, and the forward voltage should not exceed 1000 µA volts.The device operates when the forward voltage is set to 1.67V.A maximum output voltage of 30 A is supported by array.Array should be a rule to monArrayor the surge current and not allow Array to exceed 280A.Typical devices like this one are powered by reverse voltage peaks of 250μA.There is no maximal reverse recovery time for forward currents 0.03 µs when they switch directions instantaneously due to residual stored charge.
