As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray.56 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.By Surface Mount, transceiver has been mounted.The RF transceiver that you are looking at comes from our well-known PSOC® 4 CY8C41xx BLE series product line.The system operates at a frequency of 2.4GHz.
