Description
The BSL606SNH6327XTSA1 is an OptiMOS?-3 Small-Signal-Transistor. All Small Signal n-channel products are suitable for automotive applications. Small Signal Transistors are transistors that can be employed as switches as well as low-level signal amplifiers. Small signal transistors typically have hFE values between 10 and 500, with maximum Ic ratings between 80 and 600 mA. Both NPN and PNP versions are available.
