BPV23NF Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial, Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 60V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 60V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 215mW. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -40°C. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. Photodiodes should release 215mW heat in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is 60V, the photodiodes can operate properly in the DC circuit. Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 1.3V voltage. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 60V. A photodiode occurs even at 2nA current without light input.
