BPV22NFL Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SIP packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 60V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 60V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 215mW. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -40°C. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. Photodiodes should release 215mW heat in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is 60V, the photodiodes can operate properly in the DC circuit. Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 1.3V voltage. A photodiode occurs even at 2nA current without light input.
