BC103J2G Overview
We have included it in the Die package for your convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±2% in order to function correctly. NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C ~ 150°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. A maximum operating temperature of 60 °C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. In order to keep their reliability up, NTC thermistors can operate at -40 °C. It is recommended to set the supply voltage of the NTC thermistors to 230 V to achieve maximum efficiency.
