Varactor is the capacVaractorsance ratio that determines how well a capacVaractorsor stores an electric charge, and Varactorss capacVaractorsance is 3.9 volts.Diode cap tolerance 10% is a characteristic of this device.There is a possibility of delivering a diode capacitance of 16pF.Varactor is recommended that operating temperatures remain in the -55°C~125°C TJ range.Varactor is also possible to save space using the SC-76, SOD-323 package.An accurate conversion requires a peak reverse voltage within 10V.
