AXUVHS5 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is recommended that photodiodes are operated at a temperature no higher than 40°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -10°C. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 1nA current even if no light is provided.
