AXUVHS11 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 55V voltage per photodiode. In order for photodiodes to function, the temperature must not exceed 40°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -10°C. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
