The 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used for saving board space. For RF transceiver's mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.Transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx Only, which is efficient and reliable.High reliability is achieved by using advanced transceiver RF' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).With 28 pins, the transceiver RF circuit board is designed.Using Surface Mount, transceiver is mounted.27MHz~1.05GHz is the frequency in which RF transceiver operates .
