1.5V V FPGAs Axcelerator Series 1152-BGA
AX2000-1FG1152M Overview
In the 1152-BGA package, you will find fpga chips. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. The device has 684 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer.
