ATR4289-TBQY Overview
SOIC contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 5V is required. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. There is a 16 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -30°C operations. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 85°C. The maximum supply voltage that clock generator can handle is 5V. There can be no voltage higher than 5.5V when powering this frequency generator. This RF synthesizer can handle voltages as low as 4.5V. At a frequency of 15MHz, the system can achieve high efficiency. It is classified as a PHASE LOCKED LOOP-electronic frequency generator since it is an analog IC.
