ASX340CS2C00SPED0-DPBR Overview
BGA packages protect the image sensors. An image sensor with a dynamic range of 74.8 dB should be used. Image sensor optical format is 1/4 inch. 63 pins are present on the image sensor. The maximum voltage supplied by an image sensor is 1.95V. In order to maximize the life of the image sensors, the maximum operating temperature should be set to 70°C. While image sensors are operating, the temperature cannot be lower than -30°C. However, image sensors should provide a voltage of 1.7V.
