ASX340AT2C00XPED0-DPBR1 Overview
As a safety precaution, the image sensors are packaged in 63-LFBGA packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 1.8V 2.8V. To prevent them from being damaged, we will package these image sensors in the Tray. There should be a dynamic range of 87 dB on the image sensor. The image sensor's optical format is 1/4 inch.
