AS13985F29-T Overview


The package is delivered in a Cut Tape (CT) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a 5-UFBGA, WLCSP case is used. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates.
