0.7V DC DC Voltage Regulator 1 Outputs Tape & Reel (TR) 320mA Switch
AS1311-BTDT Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 0.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 320mA Switch output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 3.6V.
