AS1313-BTDM-33 Overview


optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 8-UFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.4V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 150mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 3.3V volts.
