Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 63-LBGA packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 1.7V~1.9V 2.5V~3.1V. It is recommended that the image sensor has a dynamic range of 115 dB. A 1/3 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor.
