Input RF type Cellular, GPS, W-CDMA of the RF amplifier.High reliability is achieved using advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the RF power Amplifier's packaging in 12-WFLGA.The mount Amplifiers RF should be done in the direction of Surface Mount.It is possible to supply 2.7V~2.95V volts to the Amplifiers RF.For it to perform as expected, the supply current must be in the range of 4.5mA.12 pins are on the high power RF Amplifier.It is powered by a RF Amplifiers' current of 4.5mA which is used for its operation.
