An RF amplifier with the WiMax, WLAN RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Due to its 5-XFBGA, WLCSP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.Amplifiers RFs that can supply 2.7V~3.6V volts are available.In order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 7.5mA.5 pins are present on the high power RF Amplifier.There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
