AMMP-6530-TR1 Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 5GHz~30GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 8-QFN package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 8 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.8-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 125°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -55°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
