AMMP-6530-BLK Overview
5GHz~30GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 8-QFN package.The Strip package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This RF module has 8 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 125°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -55°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
