AM3517AZCNAC Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in 491-LFBGA. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. Cores/Bus width is 1 Core 32-Bit. Recognize operating temperatures around -40°C~105°C TJ. The cpu microprocessor belongs to the Sitara™ series. The CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. The CPU uses LPDDR, DDR2 RAM controllers. This microprocessor features interfaces CAN, HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART. In this CPU, I/O is set to 1.8V 3.3V. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. The microprocessor can be searched for with AM3517 if you are looking for variants. In total, there are 491 terminations. When the voltage supply is 1.2V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. In terms of architecture, it is a 16-Bit system. There is 600MHz frequency set for the CPU. You can find information about the functions of 491 pins in the datasheets. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 16b.
