AM3354BZCZA30 Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 324-LFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tube. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. The Sitara™ series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.3V on this CPU. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with AM3354. CPUs operate at 300MHz Hz. For functions of 324 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. A CPU with 1 cores. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. From 1.1V, the micro processor can be used. There is 1.144V voltage at the CPU core. RAM (Random Access Memory) is designed to be 64kB.
