AM3351BZCEA60 Overview
Packed in 298-LFBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. It comes from the Sitara™ series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. This CPU uses LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with AM3351. There are 298 terminations totally. With a 1.1V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. Please refer to the datasheets for 298 pins functions. The supply voltage should not exceed 1.144V. The embedded microprocessor has a clock frequency of 26MHz. You can supply voltage 400mA higher than 400mA to the CPU. 64 channels are applied to program the DMA (Direct Memory Access) process.
