AM3354BZCE30 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 298-LFBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tube. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. Sitara™ is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. It has LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. A CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 3.3V. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with AM3354. 300MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 298 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. There is only 1 core in this processor. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Micro processors can be used from 1.1V. 1.144V is the voltage on the CPU core. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 64kB.
