AM3352ZCE50 Overview
Packed in 298-LFBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. It comes from the Sitara™ series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. This CPU uses LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with AM3352. There are 298 terminations totally. With a 1.1V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. The CPU operates at a frequency of 500MHz. Please refer to the datasheets for 298 pins functions. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 32b-bit system. This is a 1-core CPU. Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in many applications. The CPU core voltage is 1.15V. The amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed 64kB.
