AM3352BZCED30 Overview


The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 298-LFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~90°C TJ. The Sitara™ series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.3V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with AM3352. Total terminations are 298. In the case of a 1.1V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 300MHz Hz. For functions of 298 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. A CPU with 1 cores. There is 1.144V voltage at the CPU core. RAM (Random Access Memory) is designed to be 64kB. The CPU can only be supplied with voltage up to 400mA. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 1.144V. 912mV should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor. 64kB is the size of the CPU's memory. It is possible to tell how busy the CPU is by using 10 counters. There are 6 UART (Universal Asynchro6us Receiver/Transmitter) channels on this embedded microprocessor
