AFE8220TPZPQ1 Overview
This RF IC features an enhanced 100-TQFP Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tray package.As a General Purpose RF IC , this part has enabled many applications to be served.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.100 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 100-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 105°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 130mA in order to deliver its performance.
