ADRF6518ACPZ-R7 Overview
Based on the frequency of 0Hz~1.1GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.A 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 400mA in order to deliver its performance.
