ADP5030ACBZ-1228R7 Overview
RF IC with the enhanced 16-WFBGA, WLCSP package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 125°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 120μA.
