ADF7025BCPZ Overview
In order to save board space, the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package RF transceiver IC is used. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx Only with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray.48 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.Look for transceiver variants by searching with ADF7025.By Surface Mount, transceiver has been mounted.The system operates at a frequency of 431MHz~464MHz 862MHz~870MHz 902MHz~928MHz.
