The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package saves space on the board. The RF transceiver's mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx Only with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray is used.There are 48 pins on this transceiver RF circuit board.Try searching with ADF7021 to find transceiver variants.The mount is attached to Surface Mount.This system operates at 80MHz~650MHz 862MHz~950MHz frequency.
