ADF4401ABCEZ Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 62.5MHz ~ 8GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 80-FLGA Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tray format.Since this part is a Transition Loop Module RF IC , a number of solutions have been able to utiliTransition Loop Modulee it for various purposes.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at +/- 28 mA, +/- 57 mA, +/- 88 mA, +/- 124 mA, +/- 140 mA.
