ADAR2004ACCZ-R7 Overview


A frequency of 10GHz ~ 40GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 48-WFLGA Exposed Pad package.There is a Reel package for this RF modulator.The 4-Channel Receiver IC RF IC  type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of +/- 25 uA, +/- 364 mA in order to deliver its performance.
