AD8284WCSVZ-RL Overview
An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.This General Purpose RF IC is a versatile part that has enabled many solutions to serve a variety of purposes.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This RF module has 64 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 15mA range.
